What if someone outside the Internet Marketing world wanted to know what you did?

You’d perhaps tell them you work on a commission-basis for “Internet Companies”. Perhaps they’d understand that. After all, there are many independent people that make a living from commissions, but perhaps in a different way to the average IM’er.

Perhaps you’d tell them you were a website designer. Maybe that’s the truth, but more likely a half-truth.

Perhaps you’d tell them you’re a publisher, selling books and information exclusively on-line.

Or perhaps you’d explain you `buy and sell` on eBay. They might grasp that too, since eBay is now so popular…
