I’m still impressed with my host. I’m paying less than $10 a month with Hostoodle for a RESELLER account with 25gb traffic and more-or-less unlimited hard drive space. I have around 10 sites here. I’m most impressed with the little touches, for example their Cpanel has something called “Fantastico” which has a ton of scripts AUTOMATICALLY installed for you, such as content management systems, Blog systems, Ad servers, Bulletin Boards, Shopping Carts, etc etc. And their service is second to none - for example today a small error resulted in some downtime but a quick message through their support system and I had a reply in a few minutes and it was fixed. You don’t find service like that everywhere!

Here’s something I’m playing with to `synchronize` websites. This way, your Hard Drive will be a copy of your Website and vice versa, meaning the website is always up to date AND you always have a local copy, which I advise you keep safe! I’ve had no internet access since last wednesday so I haven’t been able to receive any e-mail, update the blog, or anything
Now I’ve got my connection back im busy wading through literally thousands of emails, mostly junk - but it’s still got to be checked!

But… strangely… I’ve managed to get a lot more done!

I’d advise a few `non net` days to anyone who finds themselves using the internet constantly. The net, as I’m sure most of you will agree, is full of distractions and can easily steal your time!

Since I’ve been away from the Internet, and even though it’s only been a few days, I’ve managed to do more work than usual.

1. I’ve updated my free e-book. “How To Start Your Own Internet Business… for Beginners” is now available with updated content and new graphics. New Ebook

2. I’ve written a new article called “Niche Marketing Exploded” which explains exactly what a Niche *really* is and why you don’t need to “waste” money on the bunch of new services that have appeared. 3. I’ve finished Netpreneur News issue 65 which will be with you soon.

4. I’ve installed an Article Directory at Netpreneur Now based on Russel Brunsons code which he released last week. You can add your own articles or use the ones already included. It’s all automatic, so feel free to increase your own visibility by posting your work there.

5. I’ve added “Jimmy Browns Ebook Compiler Kit” to the online store. This is amazing value for money since it contains his Ebook Compiler Software (a fully working version with no time limits or other usage limits) and reports on what to write and how to write it. And all for less than $20 !

6. I’ve updated “Ultimate eBay” so it now contains 40 books, reports and tools and I created new graphics for it. This package I believe is the most comprehensive eBay kit around and only costs $37 - with lifetime updates included! If you’ve ever wanted to learn all the tricks and tips relating to eBay (probably the easiest and most consistent way to make money online) then this package is the “bees knees”.

Only just discovered this cool little site that saves a lot of manual work if you’re after “Niche” sites. It works just like a search engine. Think up a term, type it in, and it will tell you how many people are searching for it AND how many competing sites exist for it - the two stats you need to find a Niche…
Quick Example: Tennis Rackets: “Discounted Tennis Rackets” reveals there are 11,200 searches with only 33 sites, a 2.54 ratio - and Discounted Tennis Rackets is obviously an e-commerce related search term. The other valuable term here is “How To String Tennis Rackets” with a ratio of just 0.80 (13,800 searches and 8 Sites!). This would get traffic but is not so obvious a choice to make money with.

Note: If you can’t think of *anything* to type into NicheBot then “Random Web Search” is great for brainstorming!
