If you're new to Internet Marketing , and probably came this
way with just a vague idea of "Making Money on the Internet"
then you really need to learn some of the basics. There's
nothing wrong with the desire to make money, we all want to and
it's why we do what we do.
There's no real need for me to `Reinvent the Wheel` as countless
others have written great guides to getting started - so here
I'm just going to mention some of the books available for you
to download from our Members Site. Yep, this won't cost you
a cent!
It's all too easy to download tons of ebooks and never read
them, or download the wrong ones and get instantly lost or
frustrated, so please try one at a time and take action -
put the book on your desktop and make a special note to
actually read it!
I and other marketers often provide ebooks, reports, utilities,
and other training tools to help their subscribers and downlines
be more profitable. Unfortunately we often just provide the material
and expect you to get on with it. This is a mistake - it's far
better to offer some guidance and some pointers on HOW to use
this material.
The knowledge has always been around, for free (if you could find
it). I'm sure you know by now that there is no "secret" method or
shortcut to make money. It's just a matter of APPLYING what you
already know and TAKING ACTION.
Over the next few weeks I'll be reviewing many of the tools
and ebooks at the members site. This will hopefully motivate
you to use them and profit from the information!

This e-book is one of the original provided to Push Button
Publishing Members as the "E-Book of the Month". As with all
the early monthly e-books this is written by Bryan Winters,
the owner of PBP and now many other sites. I'm a big fan of
Bryan's writing style and user-friendliness. He offers REAL
information that can help everyone from newbies to experts.
This "Blueprint" is just that - a detailed action plan you
can follow that is proven to work. This plan ISN'T anything
new (remember, there's *nothing* truly `new`) but it does
put everything together in one workable package. You are
taken through the art of Copywriting, finding a Product,
Creating a Site, Promoting this Site, Following up with
your sales, Automating everything, and starting again
with your next stream of Income!
Basically... *everything* you need to know.
2. Brian Garvins Secrets
This e-book is an interview with Brian Garvin by Louis Allport,
who has made many books in this format. Brian Garvin is one of
the top Affiliate marketers around and in this discussion you'll
find a lot about the `real world` of Internet Marketing.
Of course, you get some self-promotion with this book but one
bonus is it's in AUDIO and another is you can freely re-brand
the PDF Document (that links to the audio) with your own links.
You'll also be able to download some graphics ot help you
promote this book. You are really promoting Brian Garvin along
with your own links - but that's the nature of the book. It is
primarily a viral tool (and a great example of one) to promote
Brians website but that doesn't mean that you won't benefit
either.
You'll also find an extremely useful section called "100
Questions you should ask before you join any company" that is
well worth reading.
3. How To Manage and Sell Affiliate Programs
This is a relatively new e-book that comes with the ISORegister
Program and is provided to help market that program. It's by
Darryl Graham, the creator of ISORegister.
I was personally pleasantly surprised by the book. It sticks to
it's core subjects well and provides all the information you need
about planning your approach, the ins and outs of Commissions and
other important money information, all about choosing profitable
Affiliate Programs and how to advertise your chosen program(s)
to the people who are likely to join.
You'll also find five interviews with top affiliate marketers in
this special edition.
4. The Affiliate Cookbook
This is another PBP/Bryan Winters title, this time focusing on
commission-paying Affiliate Programs only (rather than the know
it all approach of the Online Success Blueprint). It assumes
some marketing knowledge and it is a quick, one-page read.
It takes the form of six "Recipes" for success, including
using lists, ditching the pre-made sites, using bonuses to incite
signups and other such tips. This book is not an A-Z of Affiliate
Marketing but rather will help new and established marketers
increase their sales.
You'll also find an Affiliate Directory in this ebook with
carefully selected programs you can join.
5. Super Affiliate Secrets Exposed
(this one isn't free, but you can get a discount)
This is a rightly famous e-book again by Louis Allport. You'll find
it for sale all over the net on most marketing sites, since it's
one of the best guides of it's kind.
This title takes the form of a detailed interview with Neil
Shearing, owner and operator of the Scam Free Zone. He is a top
marketer and as well as making a fortune in his own field helps
provide tools and materials for other affiliates to make their own.
He's well regarded in our field.
You'll find information on selling your Affiliate Programs via many
different methods, including using forums, creating articles,
writing ebooks, and more. This is in addition to the introductory
information on Affiliate Programs and other important topics such
as Mini Sites, Protecting your income, creating a income plan,
and using lists.
This book is both a transcript of the Interview and an audio record
in MP3 format as well. Ideal to write to CD or Tape or listen in

I hate talking about Viruses but it's important you understand
the importance of an up-to-date virus check. There are a number
of new viruses around including one that pretends to come from
your own mail server with messages such as "Your mail account
may be terminated for misuse". This comes with a password
protected zip file and seems quite genuine. NEVER RUN AN
ATTACHMENT FROM AN EMAIL. You may also receive email bounce
backs from other addresses with virus checks which is a clue that
YOUR system is sending out emails. Update or buy a Virus Checker

Trying to read, understand, and use a software manual to
quickly learn how to operate a new software program rates

Amazon.com... or even look at a Video Professor disk on TV

especially for introductory software help and general
computer instruction.

If you want to learn how to use eBay, instead of spending
money on a book or online course, why not go straight to
the source?

free education available when it comes to learning how
to buy and sell on eBay.
Let's face it: the more successful you are as a buyer or
seller, the more money eBay makes!
It makes sense that they should provide a very detailed and
helpful overview, as well as an extensive help section.
If you want a free "basic training" on eBay, start with
eBay's site, then move on to third party information
products if you want to expand your education.
** Microsoft Office Training **
Most people really have no clue how to use most of the
features that come built into Microsoft Word, let alone the
rest of Office.
You can do some really impressive stuff with Office, if you
know what it can do.
Log on to www.computertim.com for an extensive collection
of articles to help you learn how to operate various
Microsoft Office programs more efficiently, including:
Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, and FrontPage.
Some articles might need updating periodically, but most of
them make an excellent starting point when exploring new
features.
